Today was a much better day for the Stetter family. Cooper's test results for the jaundice were much better so he got to spend the day with me and his dad!! He spent most of the day just feeding and sleeping, but when he was awake, he kept up his smiley, wiggly worm behavior. He is definitely a very fun and funny little baby and we are loving discovering his personality every single day. He's also started to whimper while he nurses which is pretty adorable. He still startles himself awake when his arm or leg will suddenly move and it freaks him out. He also LOVES chewing on his hand though he hasn't quite figured out that he is the one who put his hand near his mouth. He got visits from his Oma and Aunt Elizabeth and loved all the company. He also loves having skin-on-skin time with dad every day and happily falls asleep on Alex's chest. Tomorrow, we are hopefully heading home depending on how Coop's jaundice is doing. He's getting tested again at 6am, so we should know early what the plan is.
